Registered Nurse (RN) - Obstetrics and GynecologyWe are seeking a motivated and team-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology for a night shift position. The role is ideal for those who are dedicated to providing high-quality care and enhancing the patient experience.Position OverviewShift: Nights, 18:30 - 07:00Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36Assignment Length: 13 weeksWeekend Hours: As required by facility (Every third weekend)ResponsibilitiesUtilize the nursing process to provide comprehensive patient care.Maintain professional accountability for the effectiveness of care provided by the healthcare team.Coordinate patient care in collaboration with various departments.Uphold patient rights and ensure confidentiality of all patient information.Perform duties in alignment with organizational mission and values.QualificationsRequired Licensure: Current RN License eligible for licensure in the state.Required Certifications: BLS from AHA only.Preferred Certifications: NRP and STABLE.Experience: Minimum of 1 year in Med-Surg or Mother/Baby care.Float Requirements: Ability to float to other units as needed, based on skill level.Unit InformationPatient Ratios: 6:1 (estimates)Type of Patients: Mother/Baby, Med/Surg, GYN surgical, bariatric procedures, and colorectal surgeries.Personality FitTeam player with a positive attitude and a motivational self-starter.Dress CodeScrub Color: Black.
