Job Summary:

The Outside Sales Specialist is a full-time time position for our Hubbard , OH branch . We are looking for an individual with previous sales experience in building materials, who can develop strong relationships with new and current customers. This individual should be a competitive self-starter, and comfortable interacting with customers.

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate new sales opportunities with new and existing customers
• Developing and maintaining good working relationships with customers
• Work to positively impact product penetration and mix with all customers to improve company performance
• Provide outstanding customer service and post sales satisfaction, facilitating long-term relationships for repeat business
• Working closely with the other salespeople within the company

Qualifications:

• Strong sales experience
• Experience in building material industry preferred not required
• Outstanding relationship building skills
• Excellent Problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Must be dependable
• Effective communication skills
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to drive 800-1200 miles weekly
