Strategic HR Manager: Client-Focused, Policy & Compliance

Helpside

Helpside is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead its internal HR team and provide strategic HR support to PEO clients. You will ensure regulatory compliance, develop HR policies, and drive high-quality service delivery across client accounts.

You will build strong client relationships, analyze HR data, guide on employee relations, performance management, and safety programs. A Bachelor's in HR or business and 5+ years in HR leadership are required.
