The agency is looking to add a valuable Personal Lines Account Manager to their experienced team.This is a full-time, on-site Personal Lines Account Manager role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze client needs and work as a team alongside licensed insurance agents. Your key responsibilities may include:Consistently perform service and sales administration tasks in a high volume, face paced environment.Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email and in person by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Perform accurate data entry, quote and process policy changes, issue certificates of insurance as well as prepare new business and renewal quotes and applications.Utilize analysis skills helping the producing agent to assess client requirements and tailor insurance solutions accordingly.Respond timely to underwriting requests from insurance companies.Agent and customer assistance with claims filing and processing.Agent and customer assistance with billing and payment processes.Collaborate with team members to achieve overall agency success.
