CDL-A FedEx OTR Team Drivers | $1,650–$2,280+/Week Per Driver
Halo Transit is hiring CDL-A OTR Team Drivers hauling dedicated FedEx Ground freight out of Houston, TX.
Earn $1,650/week guaranteed per driver , with top teams earning $2,280+/week per driver . Enjoy consistent miles, assigned sleeper equipment, and reliable FedEx freight.

Why Drive With Halo Transit- Guaranteed minimum $1,650/week per driver
- Earn $1,650–$2,280+ per week per driver
- Teams average 4,000–7,000+ miles per week
- Dedicated FedEx Ground freight
- Hub-to-hub routes
- Drop & hook / no-touch freight
- Weekly direct deposit
- $69 daily per diem
- Breakdown pay: $25/hour after qualifying delay
- $2,000 sign-on bonus
- Full-time OTR team position
- Dispatch: Tuesday (2:00 AM–8:00 AM)
- Home every two weeks
- Drivers may stay out longer for additional miles and higher earnings
- Reliable, year-round freight
- Assigned Volvo VNL 760 automatic sleeper trucks
- No slip seating
- Sleeper trucks equipped for long-haul comfort
- Medical insurance (company pays 50% of employee premium)
- Dental and vision insurance
- 401(k)
- Assigned equipment
- Valid Class A CDL with Doubles endorsement
- 21+ years old
- Must meet FedEx Ground driver qualification requirements
- Clean driving record required
