Nursing Director & Quality Assurance Lead
Briar-Place-Nursing-and-Rehabilitation
Briar-Place-Nursing-and-Rehabilitation is seeking a Director of Nursing to plan, organize, and supervise nursing services ensuring optimal resident care. Reports to the Administrator and acts as QA Coordinator. The role requires Illinois RN licensure, strong nursing administration knowledge, rehabilitative practices, and the ability to lead a diverse team while maintaining compliance with JCAHO, OBRA, IDPH, and HFS regulations.
