Operating Room RN Circulator

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse Circulator to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality patient care within a dynamic surgical environment. The ideal candidate will be committed to enhancing patient experiences and outcomes through effective collaboration and clinical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and execution of surgical procedures.
• Coordinate with surgeons and surgical teams to ensure efficient operating room operations.
• Monitor patients' status before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and health protocols.
• Maintain a sterile environment and manage surgical instruments and equipment.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must possess a valid RN license.
• CNOR certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an operating room setting required.
• Experience in Orthopedic, General Surgery, Podiatry, Urology, and ENT procedures preferred.

Schedule

This is a mixed shift position, primarily during the day, with weekend on-call requirements of 1:3, subject to staffing needs.
