About the Role We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Pre-Litigation Case Manager to join our high-performing team. You’ll manage a dynamic caseload of personal injury matters from start to finish — ensuring clients receive consistent communication, compassionate support, and exceptional representation. You’ll guide clients through their medical treatment, gather evidence, and help craft persuasive demand letters that tell each client’s story . If you’re highly organized, proactive, and take pride in making a meaningful impact on people’s lives, this role is for you.
