Powering Performance Behind the Scenes.If you're an organized, detail-driven logistics professional who thrives in a fast-paced aviation environment, The Blackhawk Group is seeking a Parts Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Glendale, AZ.This vital role supports our aircraft maintenance operations by managing inbound and outbound parts, maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating with buyers and vendors, and ensuring all materials meet compliance and documentation standards. As a Parts Coordinator, you play a critical role in minimizing downtime and keeping our technicians equipped to deliver safe, efficient aircraft performance.If you enjoy structured processes, accountability, and being the operational backbone of a high-performing aviation team, we want to hear from you.What You’ll DoPull and fulfill mechanic requisitions, prioritizing same-day issue where possibleVerify part condition, quantities, serial numbers, traceability, and expiration dates, as applicable.Execute accurate transactions in maintenance and ERP systems (e.g., Corridor).Notify Buyer of parts that need to be ordered after fulfilling requisitions from stockAssist walk up customers with Sales OrdersAssist in Receiving, and shippingAssist in routable cores, RMA, and core tracking to ensure timely vendor returns and credit recovery.Maintain orderly bins, staging areas, and inventory locations to support accuracy and efficiency.Monitor Free Stock and consumable inventory levels and report replenishment needs to the Buyer.Oversee and troubleshoot inventory discrepancies, allocation conflicts, and system mismatches.Ensure parts are issued in compliance with FAA, company, and customer requirements.Assist with outbound shipments, including domestic, international, freight, and AOG shipments.Assist in Coordinating international shipments, freight movements, and special handling requirements.When Shipping ensure compliance with Hazmat, shipping, and export regulations; review shipping documentation for accuracy and completeness.When Shipping follow established shipping protocols, including packaging, insurance, documentation, photos, and hazmat requirements.Perform other duties as assignedWhat You Bring to the TableRequired Qualifications and Skills:Excellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesProficiency with inventory management systems (Dynamics, Workshop, or similar)Basic understanding of shipping regulations, including hazardous materials handlingAbility to work independently and as part of a teamQuick learner with the ability to adapt to changing prioritiesAbility to lift and move items up to 50 lbs. as neededPreferred Qualifications:Previous buying, shipping, or purchasing experiencePrior experience in the automotive or aviation industriesPrevious experience in retail or warehouse operationsWho You AreYou are highly organized, proactive, and accountable.
