Behavior Tech/Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

About This Role Orange City, Florida, United States – BASS ABA Therapy is an ABA service provider dedicated to improving the lives of children and families through comprehensive ABA therapy. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work directly with clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your role will focus on delivering ABA programming, collecting data, and supporting clients in various settings including centers, homes, schools, and the community. Duties & Responsibilities Complete the 40‑hour paid RBT training course and pass the BACB RBT exam (if not already certified) within 30 days of employment. Complete paid CPR training within 30 days of hire. Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to BASS clients. Collect electronic data related to BCBA‑developed programming. Complete daily notes after each session and upload them into relevant databases. Maintain open communication with BCBA regarding client progress. Deliver ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings as directed. Flexibly work at multiple locations throughout the workday. Qualifications High School Diploma. Reliable transportation. Physical ability to bend, kneel, crouch, run, stand, and lift items up to 25 lbs. Pass a background check. Preferred College graduate. Previous experience working with children with developmental disabilities. Experience with children aged 1-8. Competitive compensation. Paid training including RBT and CPR certification.
