Overview Seeking full-time emergency medicine physicians for a stable, independent, and growing group in Prescott, Arizona. Join a cohesive, democratically governed team of 18 board-certified EM physicians, with opportunities for partnership, leadership, and competitive compensation up to $400/hour. Work 12-16 shifts per month, with shifts of 8-10 hours, at two local hospitals serving approximately 70,000 patients annually. The area offers a low trauma volume, high complexity cases, and a vibrant outdoor lifestyle. Enjoy the small-town feel with big-city amenities, surrounded by national forests, outdoor activities, and cultural attractions. No recruiters, please. Responsibilities Provide emergency medicine coverage as part of a two-hospital group, with 12-16 shifts per month (8-10 hour shifts).
