About the Position

Key Responsibilities

Provide surgical technologist support within the Labor and Delivery OR setting
Rotate between day and night shifts as scheduled, including every other weekend
Assist surgical team during obstetric and related operative procedures
Maintain sterile field and ensure proper handling of surgical instruments and supplies
Collaborate with nursing and physician staff to support safe patient care throughout the perioperative process

Required Qualifications

Active NBSTSA (CST) or NCCT (Tech in Surgery - Certified) certification required
OB/Labor and Delivery surgical experience is required
Ability to work rotating day and night shifts, including every other weekend
Current BLS certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience in a high-volume Labor and Delivery OR environment
Familiarity with obstetric surgical procedures including cesarean sections
Strong ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, rotating shift environment
