Family Medicine Nurse Position - Day Shift Location New York Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (07:30 AM - 05:30 PM) Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Nurse to provide excellent patient care in a fast-paced ambulatory environment. The ideal candidate will be skilled in various competencies including rooming, injections, EKG, and more, while demonstrating strong communication skills and adaptability to work with diverse teams. Responsibilities Perform patient rooming, taking vital signs, and conducting health assessments. Administer injections and assist with EKGs and other procedures. Collect and label specimens accurately. Conduct follow-up calls and provide patient education as needed. Maintain accurate patient health records and documentation using Epic. Ensure adherence to safety and health protocols in patient care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 1 year of experience in family medicine or pediatrics. BLS Certification required. Active New York nursing license required for submission. Experience with Epic electronic medical records is a hard requirement. Why ARMStaffing?
