CNC Operator

We're partnering with established manufacturers throughout Southeastern Wisconsin who are seeking CNC Operators, CNC Machinists, and CNC Setup Operator positions. What You'll Do - Depending on the position and experience level, responsibilities may include: Operate CNC mills, lathes, and other machining equipment. Load and unload materials and finished parts. Monitor machines during production and adjust as needed. Perform basic machine setups, tooling changes, and fixture changes. Install and adjust tooling and work holding. Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and engineering drawings. Perform first-piece and in-process inspections. Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring equipment. Make offsets and minor program adjustments when required. Maintain quality standards and production requirements. Identify machining issues and work with team members to resolve them. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. What We're Looking For - CNC Operator candidates: Previous CNC machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to follow work instructions and production procedures. Basic blueprint reading and measurement skills. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Dependable and willing to learn. CNC Machinist / Setup candidates: CNC setup and machining experience. Ability to set up tooling, fixtures, and work holding. Strong blueprint and GD&T knowledge is a plus. Experience making offsets and minor program adjustments. Familiarity with Fanuc, Haas, Mazak, Okuma, or similar controls. CNC programming experience is a plus but not required for all positions.
