Agri-Cycle is New England's largest and fastest-growing food waste collection company. We partner with businesses, institutions, and communities across the region to divert organic material from landfills and turn it into renewable energy, high-quality compost, and animal feed. We are growing both organically and through acquisition.

Position Overview

Every company we acquire comes with its own billing system, customer records, financial books, service data, and technology. The Data Systems Integration Manager owns the work of bringing all of it onto the Agri-Cycle platform, from pre-close diligence through a fully migrated, reconciled, and documented operation.

You will lead each integration end to end, coordinating Finance, Operations, IT, and the leadership of newly acquired companies toward a shared timeline. You will also build the playbook that makes each integration faster and cleaner than the last. This is a hands-on role with high visibility to our executive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the data integration plan for each acquisition, including scope, timeline, dependencies, and owners, and serve as the single point of accountability for status.

• Assess a target's systems and data quality during pre-close diligence and flag integration risks before they become post-close surprises.

• Migrate acquired company billing and invoicing into Agri-Cycle systems and make sure the first post-migration billing cycle runs accurately.

• Transition of customer records, rate structures, service agreements, and accounts receivable.

• Coordinate general ledger mapping, chart of accounts alignment, and banking transitions with Finance, and establish reconciliation at the invoice and GL level.

• Move service, routing, and fleet data into our ERP and operational platforms.

• Consolidate or retire redundant software, and manage vendor contracts, licenses, and system access through the transition.

• Connect systems using APIs, exports, and automation so data moves without manual re-entry.

• Build and maintain a standard integration checklist, data-mapping template, and timeline model, and improve it after each deal.

• Coordinate training of acquired company staff on Agri-Cycle systems and communicate clearly with their leadership through a period of significant change.

• Bachelor’s degree and/or advanced degree in Business Analytics, Statistics or another related field 

• 5+ years in business systems, analytics, financial operations, or a similar role, with a track record of automating manual processes.

• Hands-on experience implementing, migrating, or automating billing, invoicing, or reconciliation in an ERP, QuickBooks, Salesforce, or similar.

• Strong SQL and Python skills, and experience moving data between platforms using APIs and structured exports.

• Proven ability to run a project across multiple departments and hold people to a timeline without direct authority.

• Ability to explain technical work in plain terms to finance, operations, and executive audiences.

• Comfort working in a fast-growing company where processes are still being built.

• Willingness to travel to acquired company sites as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience with post-acquisition systems or financial integration.

• Experience in waste, logistics, hauling, or another route-based service business.

• Familiarity with RouteWare, Ramp, HubSpot, or comparable operational and financial platforms.

• Experience with routing, fleet tracking, or telematics data.

• Degree in business analytics, information systems, finance, accounting, or a related field.

Base Salary: 120k+
