Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs and conditions effectively.
- Design and implement tailored treatment plans that resonate with individual client goals and promote overall well-being.
- Facilitate individual therapy sessions for adult clients, leveraging solution-focused and evidence-based therapeutic methods.
- Provide urgent crisis intervention to clients as needed, employing compassion and expertise to address immediate mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus
The patient demographic primarily consists of adults experiencing low acuity mental health issues. Clients are pre-screened to ensure a stable starting point for therapy. This allows counselors to focus on meaningful therapeutic work, creating a supportive environment where clients can safely explore their thoughts and feelings. Your work will directly contribute to improving clients' mental health outcomes by fostering resilience, coping strategies, and personal growth.
Qualifications
- A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.
- A Master's or Doctorial degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is mandatory.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate the building of trust and rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
- A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach fundamental to supporting clients in their mental health journeys.

Preferred Experience

- Knowledge and practice in various therapy modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) will be advantageous.
- A demonstrated capacity for crisis intervention and effective management of acute mental health situations.
Compensation and Benefits
For dedicated full-time counselors in this role, the annual salary ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 . In addition to competitive compensation, we offer:
