Farris is looking for a dependable Service Appointment Coordinator who communicates professionally, works confidently with computers, and can manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. What We Offer Weekly Paycheck starting at $600 per week, with the opportunity to earn more based on experience Monday through Friday schedule Consistent hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Full-time position with benefits Training and support from an experienced dealership team Supportive leadership and a team-focused work environment Career growth and long-term opportunity with a respected, family-owned dealership An important role that directly supports the success of the entire service operation Benefits Full-time employee benefits package Training and development Career advancement opportunities Stable, long-term employment Professional and supportive work environment Job Duties Answer incoming calls for the service department Greet every caller with clear, professional, and customer-friendly phone etiquette Answer basic questions about service, maintenance, and dealership processes Schedule and confirm service appointments Make outbound calls to connect with customers Follow up with customers regarding appointments and service needs Enter and maintain accurate customer and appointment information Communicate with service advisors, technicians, and other team members Help organize appointment flow based on the needs of the service department Manage multiple calls, messages, and computer tasks throughout the day Help keep the entire service operation organized and moving efficiently What We’re Looking For Excellent phone communication skills Clear, professional, and customer-friendly phone etiquette Strong customer service skills Confidence and competence when using computers The ability to learn dealership software and phone systems The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong organization and attention to detail A dependable and professional approach to work The ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers Customer service, call center, scheduling, or dealership experience is helpful A willingness to take ownership of an important role within the service department This position is often the first point of contact for our service customers.
