Responsibilities

As a Relationship Manager, your core responsibilities will include:

• Customer Support: Act as the primary contact for inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth by promoting services and products to new and existing clients.
• Collaborative Strategy: Work closely with internal teams to align client needs with organizational goals and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Performance Monitoring: Track client satisfaction and engagement metrics, implementing improvements as necessary.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on client interactions, feedback, and service outcomes for management review.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in customer relationship management, sales, or a related role.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client concerns and identify opportunities.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and stakeholders.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
