Pay: $13–20/hr (all-in average — base + cash tips + credit card tips + secret shopper bonuses combined)

Schedule: Doors open 11am, close 10pm — 7 days a week. Open availability required (7am-10pm, any day, including weekends and holidays). Some shifts start earlier for prep; closing shifts wrap after doors close.

What the work actually looks like

We love a busy store. Lunch and dinner rushes are when this job gets good — fast pace, full kitchen, full dining room. You'll be trained across every station — grill, fries, dressing line, and register — and assigned where the store needs you each shift.

What you'll do

• Hand-prep every burger, slice fresh potatoes, work the grill and fry stations
• Run the register, take orders, handle cash and card
• Bring energy to the open kitchen and call out orders
• Keep the dining room clean — it's part of the brand
• Cross-train across stations so you can step into any role when needed

Who you are

• Open availability required — we need to be able to schedule you any shift, 7am-10pm, any day of the week
• You show up on time, every shift
• Willing to learn every station
• Stamina to stand a full shift and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• No experience needed — full paid training provided

We also run three locally-owned Five Guys stores in the Lexington area, so if your situation changes, you can transfer to a different location instead of starting over somewhere new.
