Assistant Studio Manager (Premium Day Spa) Nothing in Between Nails and Spa is looking for a friendly, reliable Assistant Studio Manager for a full-time position in our Mclean, VA location Responsibilities Strong commitment to delivering outstanding client experience and uphold service standards Maintain a clean, organized front desk and shop environment Oversee daily salon operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow Lead and support daily front desk and service staff throughout daily operations Support team training, onboarding, and performance guide Assist with inventory management and supply organization Provide reports and feedback to the General Manger to support business decisions and improvements Communicate regularly with the General Manager regarding operations, staff performance, and key updates Qualifications Committed to providing our clients with excellent customer service Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Maintain a professional and fashionable appearance Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude with leadership and team-oriented mindset Previous salon or hospitality experience preferred Benefits Employee discount Paid Time Off We’re looking for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming experience and being part of a growing, client-focused team.
