Head of Operations

Elevate Search is partnering with a growing, startup class II medical device company in the wearable technology space to find a Head of Operations for its team. This is a NEW position due to company growth. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who has been involved from the ground floor at a prior startup medical device company and knows how to get from zero to one from an Operations perspective. The ideal candidate will have: Medical Device experience Wearable/Handheld device experience Startup experience Prior experience working with CMs in Asia Supply Chain experience (nice to have, not required) 8+ years experience in manufacturing or operations Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus This position reports directly to the CEO and is the ideal position for someone who wants to shape the manufacturing strategy from the ground up.
