What You Bring Associate degree preferred At least 2-5 years of accounts receivable experience and a level of understanding of the commercial real estate industry Real estate accounting software experience preferred Ability to analyze data and draw sound conclusions Ability to provide exemplary customer service and work under pressure to meet deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook) High levels of integrity, work ethic and dependability Key Responsibilities Retrieve daily deposits Enter cash receipts and post them to tenant accounts Monthly communication with tenants via email or written notice for collection of gross sales Preparing and mailing of tenant default letters Preparing and mailing of tenant rent increase letters Assembling monthly closing reports, tying out report balances to other reports Billing late fees and mailing out late fee notices Billing tenant accounts for direct tenant billings and mailing out statements Scanning deposits, letters, monthly closing packages, & billings into the document tracking software Peterson Companies is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, age, genetic information, marital status, or any other basis protected by law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
