Job Description

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient requirements and create bespoke therapy strategies to support their functional objectives
• Implement Therapy Techniques: Apply validated methods to boost patients' motor functions, cognitive abilities, and everyday activities
• Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Work in concert with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver inclusive, well-rounded care
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide training to patients and caregivers on therapeutic approaches to foster continuous improvement at home
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor patient outcomes and revise treatment plans when necessary, ensuring patients remain on the path to success

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Encouragement and support for continued education and advanced certifications

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
