Central Ohio Primary Care Physicians, Inc. seeks a full-time NP/PA to join Stonegate Family Health in Reynoldsburg, OH. The practitioner will conduct comprehensive assessments, manage acute and chronic conditions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in an outpatient setting. Requirements include a Master’s degree, Ohio NP licensure, and FNP certification; outpatient experience preferred.
