Job Opportunity: Occupational Therapist

Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Occupational Therapist to join our senior living community. This position is based onsite and involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at improving the well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents' functional capabilities and needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual requirements.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to promote independence, safety, and overall quality of life.
• Provide training in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and offer support for cognitive and mobility challenges.
• Work collaboratively with nursing staff and care teams to ensure comprehensive resident care.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Valid Occupational Therapy license.
• Experience in a senior living or healthcare setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
