THE ROLE

As a Senior Project Designer, you'll lead design on your own slate of projects — steering concepts through construction documents, keeping clients delighted, and making sure the details actually hold up in the real world. You'll team up with Studio Directors, and you'll be a go-to mentor for the designers around you.

Your focus: residential-driven design — multifamily, mixed-use, low-, mid-, and high-density housing, plus student and senior housing.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Owning the design process on your projects, start to finish
• Teaming up with Directors and Project Managers to keep things on time, on budget, and code-compliant
• Mentoring studio members and helping them level up
• Leading client meetings and design reviews with confidence (and good energy)
• Guiding renderings, models, and presentations that make ideas click
• Jumping into proposals and pitches when a great new project comes knocking

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture (or related field)
• 10+ years of architectural design experience
• Strong visual/graphic communication chops
• Solid grasp of building codes and zoning
• A collaborative, mentor-minded spirit
• Integrity and good vibes to earn trust
