LMFT/LCSW/LPCC Mental Health Clinical Supervisor Hybrid – Los Angeles County (Pasadena/Altadena & Pacific Palisades) Full-Time | Grant-Funded Role Salary Range: $93,600 – $110,240 annually | Temporary (Up to 1 Year | Grant-Funded) Care Predictor is hiring on behalf of Alter Behavioral Health for a Los Angeles County SERG (Specialized Emergency Response Grant) initiative supporting communities impacted by recent wildfires. We are seeking a Mental Health Clinical Supervisor (Team Leader) to support a community-based behavioral health initiative in partnership with LA County. This role will lead a team of clinicians providing trauma-informed mental health services to individuals and families impacted by recent wildfire disasters. This is a unique opportunity to combine clinical leadership, field-based support, and program development to serve vulnerable populations during recovery and rebuilding. This role is based in community Resilience Centers and focuses on helping people stabilize, cope, and recover. Work Environment Hybrid (3–4 days onsite) Locations: Pasadena / Altadena & Pacific Palisades / Santa Monica / Malibu Includes community-based and field work What You’ll Do Provide clinical supervision to a multidisciplinary team of mental health clinicians (e.g., LCSWs, AMFTs, APCCs) Ensure delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed, culturally responsive care Conduct case consultations, chart reviews, and documentation oversight to ensure compliance with County and grant requirements Support staff with crisis intervention strategies and complex case management Monitor caseloads, productivity, and service delivery outcomes Serve as liaison between field staff, leadership, and external stakeholders Assist in program implementation, workflow development, and quality improvement initiatives Provide direct client care as needed (reduced caseload) ✅ What You Bring Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field Active California license required (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience, including trauma-informed care Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred Experience working with crisis populations, disaster response, or community mental health strongly preferred Strong knowledge of documentation standards, Medi-Cal/County requirements, and compliance practices Ability to work in a hybrid environment, including on-site support in designated LA County locations ➕ Nice to Have Disaster response or emergency mental health experience Group facilitation skills Bilingual (Spanish preferred) Why Join This Project?
