Schedule: Full-Time or Per Diem
Pay Range: $48-$55 per hour (based on FT/PRN)
About the Role

As a Physical Therapist, you will help residents regain strength, mobility, and independence through individualized treatment plans. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, utilize high-quality therapy equipment, and play a meaningful role in improving the quality of life for every resident you serve.

Requirements

• Valid California Physical Therapist license
• CPR certification
• Experience in a skilled nursing setting preferred
• Familiarity with NetHealth and PointClickCare is a plus
