Automotive Quality Leader | Plant Champion (1st Shift)

Challenge Manufacturing seeks a Quality Manager to lead the plant's quality management system and drive continuous improvement in Bridgeton, MO. You will align with customer requirements, monitor quality metrics, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure product conformance. The role requires IATF 16949 expertise, automotive industry experience, and strong leadership.
