Maintenance Technician

$32.00-$42.00 per hour DOE +$1.00 per hour shift differential

Sunday-Thursday, 11:00pm-7:15am

What You'll Be Doing:

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems throughout the facility.

• Maintain manufacturing equipment, including forging presses up to 2500T, combustion furnaces, CNC saws, shot blast equipment, and auxiliary equipment.

• Perform preventive maintenance according to established schedules and procedures.

• Ensure facilities and equipment are properly maintained and operating in a safe condition.

• Troubleshoot electrical servo and drive systems and complex mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

• Document preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, parts usage, planned repairs, and daily breakdowns.

• Enter maintenance information into the maintenance system accurately and on time.

• Perform basic welding, cutting, measurements, and meter usage as needed.

• Complete other duties as assigned.

Who We're Looking For:

• 2–3 years of experience in a machine repair and troubleshooting environment.

• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical drive systems.

• Basic mechanical, welding, and cutting skills.

• Ability to read and interpret mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic prints/schematics.

• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to quality and detail.

• Basic computer skills and ability to accurately enter maintenance data.

• Ability to use meters and complete measurements.

• Understanding of and commitment to LOTO and safe work practices.

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to troubleshoot problems efficiently and safely.
