Position Overview
The Cath Lab RN provides direct patient care while assisting physicians with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization and special procedures. This role includes medication administration, maintaining sterile technique, monitoring patients throughout procedures, and serving as the patient's advocate to ensure safe, high-quality care.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
• Active Arkansas RN License in good standing or Compact State RN License
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab RN experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)

Schedule

• Shift: Days
• Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts
• Days Off: Vary
• On-Call: Required, 9–10 days per month
