- Utilize pre-registration, check-in systems, and communication technologies to facilitate efficient patient flow

- Secure all required patient consents and attestations prior to treatment, ensuring documentation is current and compliant with regulations

- Respond promptly and flexibly to changes in patient schedules, registration requirements, or administrative procedures

- Collaborate with internal staff to coordinate patient appointments and address any registration issues

- Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information in accordance with HIPAA and other privacy standards

Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional healthcare or administrative training preferred

- Proven experience in customer service, healthcare administration, or a related field

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems and registration/check-in software

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and documentation

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, insurance processes, and billing procedures is a plus
