Position Overview
We are seeking a Manager, LBS Technology Finance Function Support with strong hands-on Oracle Finance experience to support critical financial applications and business processes. This role requires a working manager who can provide leadership while remaining directly involved in application support, complex production issues, and escalations.
The ideal candidate combines functional Oracle Finance expertise with a strong understanding of core finance processes and the ability to work effectively across technology and business teams.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration , or a related field
- Direct Oracle Finance experience
- Hands-on functional/application support experience within an Oracle Finance environment
- Experience must extend beyond solely infrastructure or end-user support
- Working knowledge of financial processes and Oracle financial modules
- Strong experience with General Ledger (GL) and Accounts Payable (AP)
- Exposure to additional modules such as:
- Fixed Assets
- Projects
- Cost Accounting
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Cash Management
- Ability and willingness to operate as a hands-on working manager
- Comfortable becoming directly involved in complex production issues, troubleshooting, and escalations when necessary
