Responsibilities

Lone Star Turbo is seeking an entry to experienced Field Service Coordinator to support our Field Service operations. This role is responsible for coordinating field service projects from order through completion while ensuring scheduling, communication, execution, job costing, and customer expectations are managed effectively.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a deadline-driven, customer-facing environment and can confidently manage multiple moving pieces while working cross-functionally across teams.

Other responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

·         Manage Field Service projects from order entry through completion

·         Coordinate field service schedules, technicians, tooling, parts, and travel logistics

·         Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during active projects

·         Coordinate with internal teams including production, engineering, accounting, scheduling, and technical field service personnel

·         Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, job costs, and budgets to ensure successful project execution

·         Monitor project budgets and labor costs while identifying and communicating potential overages or scope changes

·         Assist in managing customer charges, warranty tracking, and additional funding requests as needed

·         Maintain accurate project and job data within Business Central for quoting, invoicing, and reporting

·         Reconcile project labor, payroll, and billing information

·         Provide end-of-job audits and coordinate project closeout activities

·         Prepare final billing information for accounting

·         Quote change orders and changes in scope in coordination with sales

·         Coordinate third-party vendors and project-related procurement

·         Administer technician customer facility access requirements

·         Develop and maintain project documentation, including final report packages

·         Identify and resolve issues that may impact schedule, scope, budget, or customer satisfaction

·         Maintain project organization, documentation, and communication throughout the project lifecycle

·         Assist Field Service leadership with additional operational and administrative duties as needed

Qualifications 

Required 

·         1–5+ years of experience in service coordination, project coordination, billing, or administration within industrial, construction, manufacturing, or service environments

·         Proven ability to manage deadlines, priorities, budgets, and customer expectations

·         Strong communication skills with experience interacting directly with customers

·         Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

·         Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

·         High level of organization and attention to detail

·         Experience working independently while collaborating within a team environment

·         Strong understanding of project tracking, scheduling, and invoicing processes

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel

Preferred 

·         Experience in construction, industrial services, rotating equipment, or manufacturing

·         Experience with Microsoft Business Central

·         Technical aptitude and ability to understand and facilitate technical and mechanical issues to appropriate internal teams

·         Experience with purchasing, sourcing, and vendor coordination

·         Experience working with cross-functional teams in an operations environment

·         Technical degree preferred, but equivalent experience and aptitude will be considered

• Full-Time

Supplemental Pay: Bonus pay eligibility starts after 1 year of employment
