Position Location: (3 positions available) 1511 Pearl Street, Waukesha, WI 53189; 16875 W Ryerson, New Berlin WI 53151; 301 Travis Lane, Waukesha, WI 53151 Position Hours: 3rd Shift, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM, Monday - Friday Position Wage: $22.60 - $38.42 per hour (13% shift differential included) Salaries are based on a number of factors, including the skills and experience of the candidate. Inspecting equipment throughout the shop and promptly reporting any concerns to the shift foreman will be crucial. Job Duties & Responsibilities (Essential Functions): Read productions schedules and work orders to determine processing sequences and work instructions for customer parts. Physical & Mental Demands: The following physical and mental demands consist of but are not limited to the following: Must be able to work in a standing position for extended periods in a non-climate controlled industrial environment Ability to bend, pull, stoop, and reach to perform functions. Capable of lifting and carrying at least 25-pound objects throughout shift Must be exposed to heat, fumes, noise, humidity, etc. Must have the cognitive and mental capacity to perform essential job functions. Must demonstrate the ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language. Must demonstrate the ability to perform fundamental mathematical skills and concepts (e.g. addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals, percentages, and the basics of algebra and geometry). Visual acuity to read documents, computer screens, files, etc. Ability to hear in person and via phone.
