We are seeking a motivated and energetic Door-to-Door Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new customer leads by canvassing residential neighborhoods and promoting our high-quality window products. The ideal candidate is outgoing, persuasive, and driven to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required—training will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Resilient, goal-oriented, and comfortable handling rejection.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Canvass assigned neighborhoods, going door-to-door to introduce and promote our window solutions.
• Engage with homeowners, identify their needs, and educate them on the benefits of energy-efficient, durable, and stylish windows.
• Schedule in-home appointments for product demonstrations and quotes.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and sales targets.
• Track interactions and follow up with potential customers to nurture interest.
