We are currently hiring for both our Day Program.Compensation:Day Program: Current opportunities are $19 - $23 hourly, dependent upon program needs. This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position.What You’ll Do:Day Program Role: Monday - Friday 9am - 3pm, 30 hours/week.As a Day Program Direct Support Associate, you’ll support individuals as they participate in engaging, community-based, and skill‑building activities such as:Vocational tasksVolunteerismOutings and integrative community experiencesYour responsibilities will range from providing general supervision to offering hand‑over‑hand assistance, always ensuring each person receives the individualized support they need to succeed.Looking for a full 40-hour week? Start in the Day Program and add up to 10 additional hours in one of our residential homes.What We’re Looking ForWe welcome both experienced Human Services professionals and individuals eager to start a meaningful new career path.
