Job Description

NYM Logistics LLC is hiring a full-time Non-CDL Delivery Driver to run refrigerated beverage distribution routes (Tropicana, Naked, KeVita) to retail and grocery accounts across New Jersey.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a company box truck (under 26,000 lb GVWR) to deliver product along an assigned route

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (DVIR) and follow DOT hours-of-service rules

• Load, secure, and unload product; monitor refrigerated (reefer) unit temperatures for perishable beverage loads

• Check in at stores, handle deliveries, returns, and short/damaged product, and use a handheld invoicing system

• Provide professional, reliable service to retail and grocery customers

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license (non-CDL) and a clean driving record

• Ability to lift and handle beverage cases and operate a hand truck

• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable operating a box truck

• No prior route experience required — 12 weeks of paid on-the-job training provided

Schedule: Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week, first shift (day). Pay: $22.00/hour.
