What You'll Do

• Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding
• Fabricate and assemble metal components
• Read blueprints and fabrication drawings
• Inspect welds to ensure quality standards
• Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely
• Work with a team to meet production goals

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of welding or fabrication experience preferred
• Experience with MIG, TIG, or Stick welding
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
