Are you detail-oriented, customer-focused, and passionate about delivering exceptional service? Manpower is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support FootJoy Custom at Acushnet Company - a global leader in golf performance products.
This is your opportunity to provide high-level support to customers and sales teams while working with one of the most respected brands in the industry.
Location: Fairhaven, MA (hybrid schedule)
Pay Rate : $25/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience from order to delivery.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and sales representatives
• Manage and process custom product orders with a high degree of accuracy
• Provide timely updates and resolve customer inquiries
• Ensure accuracy of logos, pricing, fees, and order details
• Coordinate artwork approvals and communicate updates clearly
• Handle urgent requests and work cross-functionally to meet deadlines
• Utilize Order Management Systems and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to track, manage, and update orders
• Maintain customer records and order history
• Identify trends, resolve issues proactively, and escalate when needed

• 2–3 years of customer service experience (required)
• Experience working with Order Management Systems and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a customer-first mindset
• Golf industry or product knowledge is a plus
