WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN AN INSTALLATION PLUMBER - PLUMBING INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN

• 3+ years of residential service plumbing experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to obtain/maintain a Class E license
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and health screening
• Knowledge of residential plumbing systems and the plumbing code
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfort with tablets, CRM, and dispatching software
• Commitment to safety, professionalism, and quality workmanship
• Physical ability to lift up to 80 pounds, work in tight spaces, and handle various weather conditions
• Integrity, self-motivation, and a focus on continuous improvement
• Ability to diagnose plumbing systems and provide clear options to homeowners
• Ability to maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain active throughout the workday
• Ability to climb ladders and stairs
