About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Finance to provide strategic financial leadership and oversee the finance and accounting function. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving financial strategy, improving performance, and supporting growth across a multi-property portfolio. Key responsibilities include leading month-end and year-end close, developing financial models and forecasts, and partnering with senior leadership to analyze property performance and investment opportunities. The role also involves leading finance transformation initiatives, managing a high-performing team, and supporting acquisitions and long-term strategic planning. Applicants for the Senior Vice President of Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with an MBA or CPA being a plus. A minimum of 10 years' progressive finance leadership experience within real estate, multifamily, or property management is required, along with a strong background in FP&A, corporate accounting, financial modeling, and multi-site operations. Experience with ERP and property management accounting systems is essential, with a preference for candidates with Sage Intacct experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to influence executive leadership, drive operational improvements, and build scalable finance organizations.
