About the position As a Sanitation Lead, you will oversee sanitation protocols in alignment with state health and safety regulations. Your role will include conducting daily sanitation inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and compliance. To excel in this position, you should possess strong leadership skills and exceptional attention to detail. A successful Sanitation Lead ensures the manufacturing facility consistently adheres to food safety guidelines and remains fully compliant with all regulations. What you’ll do: Conduct inspections of the production area to ensure compliance with sanitation protocols Co‑ordinate and monitor cleaning schedules Distribute work schedules for the sanitation workers Perform inspections of the facility Monitor the preparation and use of cleaning chemicals Train sanitation workers About you: Previous experience in sanitation Knowledge of the food and beverage industry Strong attention to detail Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety protocols Sobre el puesto Como Líder de Saneamiento, supervisará los protocolos de saneamiento en consonancia con las normas estatales de salud y seguridad.
