Sr. Project Manager

About The Role Senior Project Manager responsible for spearheading transformative power generation and grid stability projects in medium/high voltage motors and drives systems. Leads complex, high‑impact initiatives from inception to delivery. Maintains strategic client partnerships and ensures project outcomes that advance customer satisfaction and the company’s market position. Primary Responsibilities Project Leadership & Execution Serve as primary customer liaison throughout the project lifecycle Conduct handover with sales team, lead kickoff meetings, and maintain comprehensive project plans Establish clear milestones, deliverables, and acceptance criteria aligned with contractual requirements Manage project scope, process change orders, and ensure proper approvals Resource & Stakeholder Management Coordinate manufacturing partners, cross‑functional teams, subcontractors, sub‑consultants, and vendors to meet delivery commitments Keep leadership informed of project status, risks, and opportunities Conduct site visits with customers and vendors as needed Financial Oversight Perform regular progress and financial reviews Ensure timely revenue recognition and milestone payment processing Safeguard the company’s commercial and contractual interests Manage logistics coordination and shipping requirements Other duties may be assigned by management to meet business needs Knowledge & Skills Technical Expertise Strong understanding of electrical industrial systems, power electronics, and rotating machines integration Proficiency with industry standards including NEMA, IEC, IEEE, and UL certifications Advanced Microsoft Office skills and SAP experience strongly preferred PMP certification or equivalent project management methodology expertise Leadership & Communication Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities across customers, partners, and internal teams Superior verbal, written, and presentation skills with ability to create professional documentation independently Demonstrated conflict resolution and negotiation expertise in technical project environments Strategic Thinking Proven ability to identify and mitigate project risks while capitalizing on opportunities Experience optimizing project processes for efficiency and scalability Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver multiple complex technical projects simultaneously, consistently meeting schedule and budget requirements Experience / Education 10+ years of total experience, 5+ years of dedicated project management experience within the electrical or rotating equipment industries, or large capital projects Bachelor’s in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline preferred PMP certification desired Must be authorized to work in the United States.
