Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate sales records and home inventory tracking spreadsheets Coordinate documentation, lease execution, and move-in processes with property managers Ensure all sales transaction paperwork is completed and compliant with regulations Manage home information in company software, including invoices and amenities Process title work and coordinate with county offices, lenders, and vendors Submit tax payments and coordinate title issuance and delivery Handle home registration and removal with relevant agencies Support marketing efforts by updating home photos and sales information Collaborate with maintenance and accounting teams for vendor payments and parts ordering Qualifications & Skills Strong organizational and administrative skills with keen attention to detail Ability to manage multiple deadlines and processes simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional local travel High school diploma or equivalent required Benefits & Work Environment Flexible Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance Paid time off and 401(k) plan with company matching Referral program, employee discounts, and mileage reimbursement Supportive, people-focused culture with opportunities for professional growth On-site work at our Corporate Office in Blue Ash, Ohio, with occasional local travel Location: Blue Ash, Ohio Ready to join a passionate team that values your skills and dedication?
