Key Responsibilities

• Circulate cardiovascular OR cases independently in a high-volume surgical environment
• Assist with cases in other OR specialties as needed when CV cases are not scheduled
• Participate in off-site call coverage; other OR staff will be in-house to provide support during on-call hours
• Utilize Epic (Optime) for documentation and case management
• Adhere to facility badging requirements upon entry and exit

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Dakota or a compact state
• BLS certification (AHA)
• ACLS certification (AHA)
• Minimum 2 years of cardiovascular OR experience
• Experience in a large hospital and/or Level 1 Trauma Center setting
• Proficiency with Epic (Optime)
• Must live at least 60 miles from the facility to be eligible at the standard rate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience circulating in multiple OR specialties beyond cardiovascular
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, very high-volume OR environment with 25 operating rooms
• Familiarity with a 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio in a surgical setting
