Psychotherapist (Psychologist, LPC, LMSW LMFT, LP, or LLP) Compensation: $70,000-$106,000 annualized for full-time; paid bi-weekly Employment Type: W-2 Part-Time or Full-Time Employee, Exempt Schedule: Create your own schedule Location: This is a hybrid position in Ann Arbor, MI (2-3 days on site required) Role Summary The Licensed Psychotherapist provides high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence-based care, and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team. Licensed Psychotherapist Responsibilities Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans Provide individual outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities Preferred background in or interest in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR , ACT) Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation Maintaining a schedule of a minimum of 20 clients per week required Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies Compensation & Benefits Compensation: $70,000-$106,000 annualized for full-time; paid bi-weekly 401(k) retirement plan with employer match Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and eligible dependents HSA (with employer contribution) and FSA options to help manage healthcare and dependent care expenses Employer-paid life insurance and AD&D coverage Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with confidential mental health and life support resources Generous paid time off and additional paid holidays Billing, credentialing, scheduling, and intake support Flexible scheduling and telehealth options Requirements Licensed Psychotherapist Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted license: Psychologist (PsyD or PhD, LPC, LMSW, LMFT, LP, or LLP) in Michigan Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field Experience and demonstrated ability to assess and treat adults and adolescents 18+ Preferred background in or interest in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR , ACT) Ability to provide therapy independently Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (children, adolescents, trauma, couples, etc.) Experience in outpatient or group practice settings About Lotus Consulting: Lotus Consulting, PLLC is a counseling and wellness practice based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, providing compassionate, evidence-based care to adults.
