Clinical Sales Representative- Morgantown, WV
Intuitive Surgical
Intuitive Surgical seeks a Clinical Sales Representative to drive da Vinci Surgical System adoption in the Morgantown, WV territory. The role involves training surgical teams, developing utilization strategies, and expanding the customer base across surgical specialties.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Clinical Sales Manager to develop and execute robot utilization strategies
- Mentor surgical teams through training, OR integration, and da Vinci system applications
- Serve as da Vinci Surgery clinical resource across all primary surgical specialties
- Drive instrument and accessory sales and expand user base through key opinion leader engagement
- Support regional sales and marketing events to build system awareness and procedure adoption
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years sales experience, including 2+ years in healthcare
- Bachelor's degree required
- Ability to travel up to 25% and work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Knowledge of operating room environment preferred
- Proven sales success and exceptional work ethic
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in high-energy team environments
