Location – New York (Hybrid 3 days onsite)
Primary Requirements:
- Engineering technology leadership
- Ability to lead engineering teams and drive delivery and code
- Strong technical credibility with development teams
- Hands-on understanding of modern engineering practices
- Executive and stakeholder communication skills

- SRE transformation and operational excellence
- Engineering productivity and SDLC modernization
- Architecture reviews and technical governance

- AI / GenAI (OpenAI, Copilot, LLM-powered solutions)

- Cloud expertise (Azure, GCP, AWS)
- Kubernetes
- Platform engineering
Ideal Candidate Profile:
A senior engineering leader who can engage executives, lead engineering teams, drive technology transformation initiatives, and provide hands-on technical guidance when required. AI enablement and SRE transformation experience are highly desirable. Cloud expertise is considered a secondary requirement.
