A third-generation, family-owned food manufacturer with a reputation for investing in its people, sharing success, and creating long-term careers is looking for a Night Production Supervisor (11pm - 7am Mon-Friday) to join the team. What You'll Be Doing You'll lead a night shift production operation, ensuring safety, quality, productivity and people performance remain on track. This isn't a role where you'll sit behind a desk reviewing reports. You'll be visible on the floor, coaching operators, supporting team leaders, solving problems, driving accountability and helping the operation improve every day. You'll be responsible for: Leading shift start-up meetings and communicating daily priorities Driving safety, quality and production performance Coaching, developing and holding teams accountable Managing attendance, performance and employee relations matters Supporting hiring, training and employee development Reviewing downtime, waste and efficiency metrics Driving continuous improvement and standard work initiatives Partnering with maintenance, quality and leadership teams to achieve operational goals What We're Looking For You don't need to come from a specific product category. What matters is your ability to lead people within a manufacturing environment. We're interested in individuals who have experience as: Manufacturing Supervisor Operations Supervisor Warehouse Supervisor You'll likely bring: Experience leading hourly manufacturing teams Strong communication and coaching skills A hands-on leadership style Good operational judgement and decision-making ability Experience working within KPI-driven manufacturing environments A desire to develop your career within operations leadership What's In It For You?
